1) Information on the Collection of Personal Data and Contact Details of the Controller

1.1 Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest. Below, we inform you about the handling of your personal data when using our website. Personal data refers to all data with which you can be personally identified.

1.2 The controller for data processing on this website, in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is "Jiu Zheng". The controller for the processing of personal data is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

1.3 This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content (e.g., orders or inquiries to the controller). You can recognize an encrypted connection by the string "https://" and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.

2) Data Collection when Visiting Our Website

When using our website for informational purposes only, i.e., if you do not register or otherwise submit information to us, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). When you access our website, we collect the following data, which are technically necessary for us to display the website to you:

  • Our visited website
  • Date and time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you accessed the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used (if applicable: in anonymized form)

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. There will be no disclosure or other use of the data. However, we reserve the right to review the server log files retrospectively if concrete indications of illegal use should arise.

3) Cookies

To make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your end device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e., after closing your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit (so-called persistent cookies). If cookies are set, they collect and process certain user information such as browser and location data, as well as IP address values, to an individual extent. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can find the duration of the respective cookie storage in the overview of your web browser's cookie settings.

In some cases, cookies are used to simplify the ordering process by storing settings (e.g., remembering the content of a virtual shopping cart for a later visit to the website). If individual cookies used by us also process personal data, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR either for the performance of the contract, in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR in the case of a given consent, or in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website and a customer-friendly and effective design of the site visit.

Please note that you can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of each browser, which explains how you can change your cookie settings. 4) Contacting Us

When you contact us (e.g., via contact form or email), personal data is collected. Which data is collected in the case of using a contact form is evident from the respective contact form. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for contacting you and the related technical administration. The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your contact aims at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after the final processing of your request. This is the case when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter concerned has been conclusively clarified and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

5) Data Processing when Opening a Customer Account and for Contract Execution

In accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide it to us for the execution of a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data is collected is evident from the respective input forms. Deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the controller's address mentioned above. We store and use the data you provide for contract execution. After complete execution of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial retention periods and deleted after these periods have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or further data use permitted by law has been reserved by us.

6) Comment Function

When using the comment function on this website, in addition to your comment, information about the time the comment was created and the commenter name you chose will be stored and published on this website. Furthermore, your IP address will be logged and stored. This storage of the IP address is for security reasons and in the event that the affected person violates the rights of third parties or posts illegal content through a submitted comment. We need your email address to contact you if a third party should object to your published content as illegal. Legal bases for storing your data are Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR. We reserve the right to delete comments if they are objected to by third parties as illegal.

7) Use of Customer Data for Direct Marketing

7.1 Newsletter Subscription

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. The provision of further data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you an email newsletter if you have expressly confirmed to us that you consent to receiving newsletters. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm that you wish to receive future newsletters by clicking on a corresponding link.

By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent for the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. When subscribing to the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration to be able to trace a possible misuse of your email address at a later date. The data collected by us when subscribing to the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose of addressing you for promotional purposes via the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the controller mentioned at the beginning. After unsubscribing, your email address will be immediately deleted from our newsletter distribution list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further data use that is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this statement.

7.2 Sending Email Newsletters to Existing Customers

If you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range by email, such as those already purchased. For this purpose, we do not need to obtain separate consent from you in accordance with Section 7 (3) of the German Act against Unfair Competition (UWG). Data processing in this respect is based solely on our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If you initially objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, no email will be sent by us. You are entitled to object to the use of your email address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with future effect by sending a message to the controller named at the beginning. For this, only transmission costs according to the basic rates apply. Upon receipt of your objection, the use of your email address for advertising purposes will be immediately discontinued.

7.3 Newsletter dispatch via MailChimp
Our email newsletters are sent via the technical service provider The Rocket Science Group, LLC d/b/a MailChimp, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA (http://www.mailchimp.com/), to whom we pass on your data provided during newsletter registration. This transfer is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR and serves our legitimate interest in using an effective, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. Please note that your data is usually transferred to a MailChimp server in the USA and stored there.
MailChimp uses this information to send the newsletters on our behalf. MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass them on to third parties.
To protect your data in the USA, we have concluded a Data Processing Agreement with MailChimp based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses to enable the transfer of your personal data to MailChimp. This data processing agreement can be viewed at the following internet address if you are interested: https://mailchimp.com/legal/data-processing-addendum/
MailChimp's privacy policy can be viewed here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

8) Data Processing for Order Fulfillment

8.1 - Transfer of image files for order processing via email
On our website, we offer customers the possibility to order the personalization of products by submitting image files via email. The submitted image motif is used as a template for the personalization of the selected product.
Through the email address provided on the website, the customer can send one or more image files from the storage of the end device used to us. We then collect, store, and use the files transmitted in this way exclusively for the production of the personalized product in accordance with the respective service description on our website. If the transmitted image files are passed on to special service providers for the production and processing of the order, you will be explicitly informed about this in the following paragraphs. No further transfer will take place. If the transmitted files or the digital motifs contain personal data (in particular images of identifiable persons), all the processing operations just mentioned are carried out exclusively for the purpose of processing your online order in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. After final processing of the order, the transmitted image files will be automatically and completely deleted.

8.2 Insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the contract for delivery and payment purposes, the personal data collected by us will be passed on to the commissioned transport company and the commissioned credit institution in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

If, based on a corresponding contract, we owe you updates for goods with digital elements or for digital products, we process the contact data transmitted by you during the order (name, address, email address) to personally inform you about upcoming updates within the legally stipulated period via a suitable communication channel (e.g., by post or email) within the framework of our legal information obligations in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR. Your contact data will be used strictly for the purpose of notifications about updates owed by us and processed by us only to the extent necessary for the respective information.

For the processing of your order, we also work with the following service provider(s), who support us wholly or partially in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transferred to these service providers in accordance with the following information.

8.3 Transfer of personal data to shipping service providers

- DHL
If the delivery of the goods is carried out by the transport service provider DHL (DHL Paket GmbH, Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn), we pass on your email address to DHL in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR before the delivery of the goods for the purpose of coordinating a delivery date or for delivery notification, provided that you have given your express consent for this in the ordering process. Otherwise, for the purpose of delivery in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, we only pass on the recipient's name and delivery address to DHL. The transfer only takes place insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. In this case, prior coordination of the delivery date with DHL or the delivery notification is not possible.
Consent can be revoked at any time with future effect vis-à-vis the controller named above or vis-à-vis the transport service provider DHL.

8.4 Use of payment service providers (payment services)

- Paypal
When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or - if offered - "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal, we transmit your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") as part of the payment processing. The transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR and only to the extent necessary for payment processing.
PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be passed on to credit agencies in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your solvency. PayPal uses the result of the credit check regarding the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Address data, among other things, but not exclusively, are included in the calculation of the score values. Further data protection information, including the credit agencies used, can be found in PayPal's privacy policy: https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to PayPal. However, PayPal may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractual payment processing.

9) Contact for review reminders

Own review reminder (not sent by a customer review system)
We use your email address to send a one-time reminder to submit a review of your order for the review system we use, provided you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR during or after your order.
You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the data controller.

Review reminder by Trustpilot
If you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR during or after your order, we will transmit your email address to the review platform Trustpilot of Trustpilot A/S, Pilestræde 58, 1112 Copenhagen K, Denmark (www.trustpilot.com), so that they can send you a review reminder by email.
You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the data controller or to the review platform.

10) Use of review and seal graphics

Trusted Shops Trustbadge

The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is embedded on this website to display our Trusted Shops seal of quality and to offer the Trusted Shops membership for buyers after an order.

This serves to protect our legitimate interests in optimally marketing our offer, which are overriding in the context of a balancing of interests, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne.

When the Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, your IP address, date and time of the call, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call. This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten seven days after the end of your page visit at the latest.

Further personal data is only transferred to Trusted Shops if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or have already registered for their use. In this case, the contractual agreement made between you and Trusted Shops applies.

11) Use of Social Media: Videos

Use of YouTube videos

This website uses the YouTube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider "YouTube", which belongs to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").

The extended data protection mode is used here, which, according to the provider, only initiates the storage of user information when the video(s) are played. If the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider "YouTube" uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to "YouTube", these are used, among other things, to record video statistics, improve user-friendliness and prevent abusive behavior. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account when you click on a video. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in displaying personalized advertising, market research and/or tailoring its website to needs. You have a right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right. When using YouTube, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Regardless of whether embedded videos are played, a connection to the Google network is established each time this website is accessed, which can trigger further data processing operations without our influence.

Further information on data protection at "YouTube" can be found in the YouTube Terms of Use at https://www.youtube.com/static?template=terms as well as in Google's privacy policy at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

Insofar as legally required, we have obtained your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR for the processing of your data described above. You can revoke your granted consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

12) Online Marketing

Google Marketing Platform

This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("GMP").

GMP uses cookies to show ads relevant to users, to improve reports on campaign performance or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

In addition, GMP can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that relate to ad requests. This is the case, for example, if a user sees a GMP ad and later calls up the advertiser's website using the same browser and buys something via this website. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you to the best of our knowledge as follows: By integrating GMP, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out and store your IP address. When using GMP, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

If you wish to object to participation in this tracking procedure, you can deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com (see https://www.google.de/settings/ads ), whereby this setting will be deleted if you deactivate your cookies. Alternatively, you can obtain information about the setting of cookies from the Digital Advertising Alliance at www.aboutads.info and make your desired settings. Finally, you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually whether to accept them or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. If cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Further information on the data protection provisions of GMP by Google can be found at the following internet address: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

Insofar as legally required, we have obtained your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR for the processing of your data described above. You can revoke your granted consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please follow the possibility described above to object.

13) Web analysis services

Google (Universal) Analytics
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google (Universal) Analytics uses so-called "cookies", which are text files stored on your end device that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including the shortened IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored there; in this process, it may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics exclusively with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension, which ensures the anonymization of the IP address by shortening it and excludes direct personal reference. Through the extension, your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a server of Google LLC. in the USA and shortened there. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services related to website and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google (Universal) Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Google Analytics also enables, via a special function, the so-called "demographic characteristics", the creation of statistics with statements about the age, gender and interests of website visitors based on an evaluation of interest-based advertising and with the involvement of third-party information. This allows the definition and differentiation of user groups of the website for the purpose of target group-optimized alignment of marketing measures. However, datasets collected via the "demographic characteristics" cannot be assigned to a specific person.
Details on the processing initiated by Google Analytics and Google's handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
All processing described above, in particular the setting of Google Analytics cookies for reading information on the end device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, Google Analytics will not be used during your visit to the site.
You can revoke your granted consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google for the use of Google Analytics, which obliges Google to protect the data of our website visitors and not to pass them on to third parties.
For the transfer of data from the EU to the USA, Google relies on so-called standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, which are intended to ensure compliance with the European level of data protection in the USA.
Further information on Google (Universal) Analytics can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de

14) Rights of the data subject

14.1 The applicable data protection law grants you the following data subject rights (rights of access and intervention) against the controller with regard to the processing of your personal data, whereby reference is made to the stated legal basis for the respective exercise conditions:

  • Right of access pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR;
  • Right to rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR;
  • Right to erasure pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR;

  • Right to withdraw consent given pursuant to Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR;
  • Right to lodge a complaint pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR.

14.2 RIGHT TO OBJECT

IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON THE BASIS OF OUR OVERRIDING LEGITIMATE INTERESTS IN THE CONTEXT OF A BALANCING OF INTERESTS, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING AT ANY TIME FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION, WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE.
IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL CEASE PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED. HOWEVER, FURTHER PROCESSING REMAINS RESERVED IF WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ASSERTION, EXERCISE OR DEFENSE OF LEGAL CLAIMS.

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY US FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH ADVERTISING. YOU CAN EXERCISE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL CEASE PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES.

15) Duration of personal data storage

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and – if applicable – additionally by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. commercial and tax law retention periods).

When personal data is processed on the basis of explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, this data will be stored until the data subject withdraws their consent.

If there are statutory retention periods for data processed within the scope of legal or quasi-legal obligations based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, this data will be routinely deleted after the expiry of the retention periods, provided it is no longer required for contract fulfillment or initiation and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in further storage.

When processing personal data based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, this data will be stored until the data subject exercises their right to object under Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

When processing personal data for direct marketing purposes based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, this data will be stored until the data subject exercises their right to object under Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR.

Unless otherwise stated in the other information of this declaration regarding specific processing situations, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
