We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why you can easily return your order within Germany within 60 days.
Important Return Information
You can return your order within 60 days of receiving the goods.
A flat return fee of €4.90 applies to returns within Germany. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for returns from abroad.
Before returning Siro Smart devices, please remove them from the Smart Life app and delete all connected data. Please return the items to us in their original packaging and undamaged.
Returns process
Fill out return form
Select the items you wish to return and state a reason for return.
DHL return label
Print the automatically generated DHL return label or use the QR code on your phone.
Drop off package
Take the parcel to a post office or Packstation near you.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. The shipping costs of the original order will also be refunded.
