Funktioniert das Türschloss mit der Smart Life App?

Ja. Das SIRO Türschloss kann direkt per Bluetooth mit der Smart Life App verbunden werden. Über die App lassen sich verschiedene Funktionen des Schlosses verwalten und bedienen.

Kann ich das Türschloss von unterwegs mit der App steuern?

Nicht ohne zusätzliches Gateway. Die direkte Verbindung zwischen Smartphone und Türschloss erfolgt über Bluetooth und funktioniert daher nur innerhalb der Bluetooth-Reichweite. Für die Fernsteuerung über das Internet wird ein kompatibles Bluetooth-Gateway benötigt. Das Gateway stellt die Verbindung zwischen dem Türschloss und dem Internet her, sodass unterstützte Funktionen auch von unterwegs genutzt werden können.

Benötige ich für die normale Nutzung ein Bluetooth-Gateway?

Nein. Für die Bedienung per Fingerabdruck, PIN, RFID, Schlüssel sowie für die App-Steuerung innerhalb der Bluetooth-Reichweite ist kein Gateway erforderlich. Ein Bluetooth-Gateway wird nur benötigt, wenn das Türschloss auch aus der Ferne über das Internet erreicht werden soll.

Ist das Türschloss ein schlüsselloses Zugangssystem?

Ja. Das SIRO elektronische Türschloss eignet sich als schlüsselloses Zugangssystem für den täglichen Gebrauch. Die Tür kann beispielsweise per Fingerabdruck, PIN-Code, RFID oder Smartphone geöffnet werden, sodass im Alltag kein herkömmlicher Schlüssel benötigt wird. Für zusätzliche Sicherheit bleibt die Möglichkeit zur mechanischen Öffnung per Schlüssel erhalten.

Für welche Türen ist das elektronische Türschloss geeignet?

Das Türschloss ist für kompatible Türen mit einer Türstärke von 60 bis 90 mm vorgesehen. Durch die mitgelieferten Adapter kann der Schließzylinder an unterschiedliche Türstärken angepasst werden. Vor der Bestellung sollte die vorhandene Tür beziehungsweise der aktuelle Schließzylinder ausgemessen werden.

Kann ich mehrere Fingerabdrücke oder Zugänge hinterlegen?

Ja. Das Türschloss ermöglicht die Verwaltung mehrerer Zugangsberechtigungen. Dadurch können beispielsweise verschiedene Familienmitglieder oder berechtigte Personen eigene Zugangsmöglichkeiten erhalten.

Was passiert, wenn die Batterien leer sind?

Bei niedrigem Batteriestand sollte die Stromversorgung rechtzeitig erneuert werden. Sollte das Türschloss aufgrund leerer Batterien nicht mehr regulär bedienbar sein, steht eine Notstromversorgung zur Verfügung. Thanks to the included 5 mm and 10 mm adapters, the Siro Smart Door Lock flexibly adapts to door thicknesses of 60–90 mm (30–45 mm inside, 30–45 mm outside). This allows you to seamlessly integrate the electronic door lock into a wide variety of door profiles while enhancing your comfort and security.

Five secure unlocking options

This smart door lock offers five convenient access methods: fingerprint, six-digit PIN code, RFID card, Smart Life app, and two mechanical emergency keys. The biometric fingerprint recognition works in under 0.3 seconds and stores up to 100 user profiles—ideal for families and offices.

Smart Life door lock

Conveniently manage usage rights, time slots, and access logs via the Smart Life app. Push notifications inform you in real time about every door opening. The app's compatibility with Alexa and Google Home also supports linking it with other smart home devices.

Bluetooth gateway for remote access

With the optional Bluetooth gateway, you can also control the door lock remotely while away using the Wi-Fi cloud function [Siro Gateway]. Thanks to the direct Bluetooth connection, the electronic door lock remains reliably accessible even without an internet connection.

Reliable power supply & emergency backup

The battery-powered cylinder uses three AAA alkaline batteries (1.5 V) for up to 12 months of operation. You can check the battery status at any time via the app. If the batteries fail, an internal power bank will provide power—ensuring uninterrupted access.

Can I store multiple fingerprints or access permissions?

Yes. The door lock allows you to manage multiple access permissions. This means that, for example, different family members or authorized individuals can have their own access options.

What happens if the batteries run out?

When the battery level is low, the power supply should be replaced in good time. If the door lock can no longer be operated normally due to empty batteries, emergency power supply is available. This allows the lock to be temporarily powered externally.

In addition, the door lock can still be opened with the mechanical key.

Is the door lock suitable for outdoor use?

The door lock is suitable for exterior doors in a protected or covered area. However, it should not be permanently exposed to direct rain or severe weather conditions. Therefore, its use is not recommended for exposed doors without a roof.

Does the entire door need to be replaced for installation?

No. The SIRO door lock is designed as an electronic lock cylinder and replaces the existing compatible lock cylinder. The existing door can generally continue to be used.

Can the door lock also be used without a smartphone?

What is the difference between a Bluetooth connection and a Bluetooth gateway?

Perfekt Danke

Sehr schlechte Fingerscann Erkennunng, trotz mehrfacher Neuinstallation, 3 Finger, trotz Gateway; Kennwort ebenfalls 1 x verloren bisher;
Passwortwahl eingeschränkt, da nur 7 Ziffern möglich;
am ersten Tag bereits 10% Ladung verbraucht, hoffentlich der häufigen Versuche geschuldet;
bisher sehr enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert, hoffentlich bessert es sich mit zunehmender Erfahrung;

Sehr schneller Einbau und Einrichtung, ich bin begeistert.

Super Produkt und echt zuverlässig im Gebrauch.

Eigentlich alles ohne Probleme und total einfach. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Schloss bei zu vielem falschen Fingerauflegen das Schloss komplett sperrt. Zwar gut für die Sicherheit, aber man kommt nicht mehr rein, bis man per app wieder entsperrt.
