This smart door lock offers five convenient access methods: fingerprint, six-digit PIN code, RFID card, Smart Life app, and two mechanical emergency keys. The biometric fingerprint recognition works in under 0.3 seconds and stores up to 100 user profiles—ideal for families and offices.

Intuitive Smart Life app control

Conveniently manage usage rights, time windows, and access logs via the Smart Life app. Push notifications inform you in real time about every door opening. The app's compatibility with Alexa and Google Home also supports linking it to other smart home devices.

Bluetooth gateway for remote access

With the included gateway, you can also remotely control the door lock while away using the Wi-Fi cloud function [Siro Gateway]. Thanks to the direct Bluetooth connection, the electronic door lock remains reliably accessible even without an internet connection.

Reliable power supply & emergency backup

The battery-powered cylinder uses three AAA alkaline batteries (1.5 V) for up to 12 months of operation. You can check the battery status at any time via the app. If the batteries fail, an internal power bank will provide power—ensuring uninterrupted access.

Is the gateway already included?

Yes. The appropriate Bluetooth gateway is already included in this 2-pack and does not need to be ordered separately.

The gateway allows the door locks to be connected to the internet, so supported Smart Life app features can also be used remotely.

Can I use both door locks with one gateway?

Yes. The two door locks included in the set can be integrated into the smart home system via the included gateway, provided both locks are within the required Bluetooth range of the gateway.

Can I control the door locks remotely?

Yes. That is exactly what the Bluetooth gateway included in the set is designed for. It connects the Bluetooth door locks to the internet, enabling remote access to supported features via the Smart Life app.

Without a gateway, a direct app connection is only possible within the Bluetooth range of the respective door lock.

How are the door locks connected to the Smart Life app?

The door locks communicate via Bluetooth. If you are within Bluetooth range, a direct connection with the Smart Life app is possible.

For remote access, the included Bluetooth gateway connects the door locks to the internet.

How can the electronic door locks be opened?

Several options are available for daily access:

Who is the 2-pack suitable for?

Which doors are the door locks suitable for?

The electronic locking cylinders are designed for compatible doors with a thickness of 60 to 90 mm. The included adapters allow the cylinder length to be adjusted to different installation situations.

Before ordering, the existing doors and locking cylinders should be measured.

Can I manage the two door locks independently?

Yes. The two door locks can be managed separately in the Smart Life app. This allows, for example, different users and access permissions to be set up for each door.

Do I always need an internet connection to use the door locks?

No. Basic access options such as fingerprint, PIN, RFID, or mechanical key work independently of an internet connection.

Direct app communication also takes place via Bluetooth. An internet connection via the gateway is required for remote access.

Is the 2-pack a keyless access system?

Yes. Both electronic door locks enable keyless access via fingerprint, PIN, RFID, or smartphone. This makes it possible to do without a traditional key in everyday use.

For emergencies, a mechanical key is also still available for opening.

Are the door locks suitable for exterior doors?

The door locks are suitable for exterior doors in a protected or covered area. However, they should not be exposed to direct rain or severe weather conditions for extended periods.

Therefore, their use is not recommended for exposed doors without a roof.

What happens if the batteries in a door lock are dead?

The battery status can be checked via the app. When the battery level is low, the batteries should be replaced in good time.

If a door lock can no longer be operated normally due to dead batteries, it can be temporarily powered externally via the provided USB-C port. The mechanical emergency key is also available.

Where should the Bluetooth gateway be installed?

The gateway should be positioned so that there is a stable Bluetooth connection to both door locks. The actual range may vary depending on the building, walls, doors, and other structural conditions.

If the two door locks are far apart or separated by several solid walls, an additional gateway may be required for a reliable connection.
